female angel from the "Divine" demon class in SMT games is
Jibreel.
The guy is called Takahisa Kandori, the girl in the back is the "bad"
maki.
They are from the PS game "Megami Ibunroku Persona:Be Your True Mind"
and as you can guess from the title it is very psychological and plays heavily
on the Inner self.
Kandori even looks better and more as a "lost soul" with Kazuma
Kaneko's Art.
This character is from the playstation RPG "Growlanser". His name is
Eliotte ,king of Burnstein (yeah, I know you think it's BS, but kingdoms do
struggle to find successors).

Sorry but you insulted me and Kazuma Kaneko, these guys are from the play station game Persona:Tsumi (Innocent Sin).
The guy is Tatsuya Souo or "Ta-chan", the girl is the energetic martial art loving idol Lisa Silverman or "Genko".
Please change the category ASAP. And if you haven't played the Persona series then you really should.
